* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow will reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact travel.
Drifting snow will cause difficult travel impacts.
