Kendra Leigh Goose, 29 years young, was born to Rhonda Hurd and Timothy Goose on November 22rd, 1993 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Kendra began her journey to the spirit world on Sunday, March 5th, 2023, from her home in Laporte, MN.

Kendra Leigh Goose attended and graduated from Cass Lake-Bena High School. She enjoyed doing artwork like painting, drawing pictures, and makeup. She loved listening to music and playing video games. She loved spending time with friends and family and most of all her two lovely daughters Arianna and Zaria. Kendra found great friends at Woman Services and enjoyed spending time with them.

The family that welcomes her home are her mother, Rhonda Hurd, her brother, Simon Goose; her grandpa on her father's side, John "Johnny" Smith; her grandparents on her mother's side, Bernice and Robert Hurd; her great grandparents, Clarence and Mary White; her aunty, Jolene Stone-Goose, her uncle; Vern Mitchell; and her cousins, Marlene and Julie Weyaus.

Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory are her two lovely daughters, Arianna and Zaria; her father, Timothy Goose; grandmother, Marlene Smith; younger sister, Sandra Lynn Goose; her half-brothers, Eli, Quanah, and Travis Goose; her younger step-brother, Dillian Duyne Whitefeather; step-sister, Darlene Whitefeather, her stepmom, Jolene Whitefeather; aunties, Cindy and Debbie Hurd, Kathy, Corienne, and Andrea Goose; cousins, Vanessa Jones, Maggie Whitefeather, Taydria and April Hurd; and numerous other friends and relatives.

The wake for Kendra will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11th and continue until her 10:00 a.m. traditional services on Monday, March 13th all to be held at the Veteran's Memorial Building in Cass Lake, MN. Tony Jenkins will officiate. Pallbearers for Kendra will be Timothy Goose, Dillian Whitefeather, Michael Gonzales, Julian Weyaus, Eli Goose and Quanah Goose. Her honorary pallbearers are all her family members and friends. Kendra's cremated remains will be cared for by her family.
