* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northwest Minnesota.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute.
