* WHAT...Light freezing rain this morning, transitions to snow by this afternoon. Then periods of snow will continue through

Wednesday morning. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Roseau, Lake Of The Woods, North Beltrami, North Clearwater and South Beltrami Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
