* WHAT...Light freezing rain this morning, transitions to snow by this afternoon. Then periods of snow will continue through

Wednesday morning. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Roseau, Lake Of The Woods, North Beltrami, North Clearwater and South Beltrami Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

East southeast wind 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
