ALEXANDRIA – The Northern Minnesota Robotics Conference recently recognized recipients of the 2022 Annual Awards, including Volunteer of the Year, Coach of the Year and Team Member of the Year.
“The NMRC believes in recognizing the extraordinary efforts of our members,” says a press release. “Your excellence comes in many forms, from competition to academics and from teams to individuals. Whether it’s a student or a volunteer, we are committed to shining a light on those who are setting a standard that we all aspire to.”
Among the honorees was Caraira Jensen from Cass Lake-Bena High School’s Accelerators team, who was recognized as Team Member of the Year. Red Lake High School’s Tami Liberty’s Ogichidaag team also won Coach of the Year.
