Gerald James Dickenson, age 65, of Minneapolis Journeyed to the Spirit World on August 9, 2022.

He was born in Minneapolis on July 31, 1957.

Gerald enjoyed beading, singing, cooking, Facebook and visiting with family members.

Survived by a sister: Muriel Dickenson of Minneapolis; many nieces and nephews further survive. He was preceded in death by his mother Caroline Dickenson, siblings John, David, Antoine "Sonny" Bellanger, Nancy Greyhair, Joan "Joanne" Strong and Judith Bellanger.

Funeral Services for Gerald J. Dickenson will be held on Thursday, August 18th at 10:00 A.M. Church of Blessed Kateri, 3045 Park Avenue, in Minneapolis. All night Wake Wednesday, August 17th at Church of Blessed Kateri. Prayer service at 6:00 P.M. Darwin Strong will officiate and Hoka Hey will be the drum group. Interment at Hillside Cemetery.

Honorary Casket Bearers all friends and relatives.

Casket Bearers are Ricky Thompson, Les Decoteau, Joseph Papasodora, John Dickenson, Derek Bellanger and Mato Ska Thompson.

Chilson Funeral Home, Winsted assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
