Beverly Jean Taylor, age 44, of Minneapolis, MN began her spiritual journey on Saturday, July 23, 2022, in Minneapolis. She was born on July 27, 1977, in Minneapolis, the daughter of Carl Taylor, Sr. and Faye Greensky.

Bev enjoyed spending time at the casino. Her favorite game was Keno, but she would play slots too, even though they made her cranky. She liked to laugh and reminisce with the kids and her family. Bev enjoyed site seeing, looking for places to relax, taking car rides around the city, shopping, cooking for family and friends, and just spending time with her grandkids. You could always find her joking around and doing some name calling. Bev liked watching T.V. shows which included cooking shows, Family Feud, Masked Singer, Hell's Kitchen, and Beat Shazam. When she wasn't doing that, you would find her playing her favorite, Candy Crush.

The family that Bev joins again are her parents: Faye and Carl, Sr., her brother: Carl Taylor, Jr., an uncle Joe Taylor, several other relatives, and friends.

Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory are her sons: Brandon (Alycea Fairbanks) Robinson, Kyle Robinson, Eddie (Veronica Perez) Robinson, Corey (Sharicka Davis) Taylor, all of Minneapolis. Daughters: Bernadette (Johnny Ryan) Robinson, Jessica Robinson, and Yolanda Robinson all of Minneapolis. Brother: Shane Greensky, sisters: Christina Houchin, and Denise Patton, fourteen grandchildren with one on the way and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

A wake service for Bev will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, July 29, 2022, at Brookdale Covenant Church. The wake will move to the Onigum Community Center in Walker on Saturday, July 30th and will continue until the 10:00 a.m. service on Sunday, July 31 also held at the Onigum Community Center. Pallbearers will be Brandon Robinson, Kyle Robinson, Eddie Robinson, Corey Taylor, Johnny Ryan, and Joshua Losh. Honorary pallbearers will be Bernadette Robinson, Jessica Robinson, and Yolanda Robinson. Interment will be held in St. John's Episcopal Cemetery in Old Agency, MN.
