December 27, 1963 ~ June 30, 2022 (age 58)

Charlotte M. Tarnow danced her way into to the spirit world on June 30, 2022 from her home in Little Rock, MN. She was a loving mother to her sons Christopher Lussier, Jerome Strong, Tyrone (Robert) Barrett.

She was a dedicated grandmother and caring sister. She loved being a grandma to Emiris, Tamera, Alexia, Christopher Jr, Andrew, Malia, Danielle, Romi, Tina, Cadence, Luciana, She talked about them always, how proud she was of them and missed them very much.

She worked at Synergy Solutions in Bemidji for many years before working for FCS in Red Lake and made many friends. She enjoyed working and helping people, drove a lot and gave many hours of her time. She earned her GED and took college classes. She was a seamstress and worked for Anderson Fabric in Blackduck years before.

She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, having a good time at the beach or her house, going to state parks with family. She always had good birthday parties for her grandchildren and took lots of pictures. Memories that we will always have in her photo albums she kept. She enjoyed going for rides to see the Rez, enjoyed the Casino and her scratch off's. She was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Rolling Stones; she also had a great love for Jonny Depp. She was a very loving mother and sister, and we will miss her, and we will think of her always.

Waiting to embrace her are her parents, soul mate Byron Lussier Sr. grandson Kade Strong-Roy, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

A wake will begin on Tuesday July 5th, 2022 at 1:00 PM and continue until a celebration of life on Wednesday July 6th, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Little Rock Community Center. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Red Lake, MN.
