Lee Wayne English Jr. made his journey to the Spirit World on June 27, 2022 at his home in Minneapolis, Minnesota surrounded by his loving family.

Lee was born on December 16, 1968 to Lee Sr. and Marsha English in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Lee attended and graduated from Patrick Henry High School. He then went on to the University of Minnesota to study mechanical engineering.

Lee went on to work for a time at Indian Education where he loved helping Native students and always prepared backpacks filled with school supplies for the school year. Lee eventually began worked at Mystic Lake Casino as a blackjack dealer and was promoted to supervisor. Lee was at Mystic Lake for 18 years before becoming ill.

Lee enjoyed going to the movies, his favorite was all the Marvel and DC Comics ones. He loved Star Wars and Star Trek, even got his kids into all that. He liked playing pool, having cookouts, spending time with his daughter, son and grandkids. He loved the Minnesota Vikings and would always watch the games with his Dad. He loved traveling, taking his family to waterparks and visiting family in ND and Red Lake, Minnesota. He also enjoyed a good game or two of "Call of Duty".

Lee always helped when anyone needed him and was loved by many. His laugh was loud and contagious.

Lee is survived by his loving daughter Lynsey (Andre), son Tiny, grandchildren Tweet, AJ, Leeyah and Bezh; his special friend Eppy; Marsha English; brother Nick English; sisters Tasha (Stash) Hanks and Tina English; nephews Sheldon English, Skylar English, Lee English; niece Sophia English.

He was preceded in death by his father Lee Wayne English Sr., grandparents Herman English, Barbara Brown, Herbert and Lilly Hunt, uncles Herman "Lude the Dude" English Jr., Ron Hunt, Don Hunt, Ken Hunt and Dwight Hunt.

Pallbearers for Lee will be Delwyn English, Coogie Hunt, Stash Hanks, Andre Amos, Sheldon English, Skylar English and Isiah Hunt. Honorary Pallbearers will be Little Al English and Nick English.
