Provide leadership and guidance to District 2 Human Resources department in the areas of staffing, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.

Provide leadership and guidance to District 2 Human Resources department to ensure compliance with personnel rules, statutes, policies, and procedures

Serve as a partner with the management team

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional experience in HR management OR 2 years or supervisory experience in HR management. (A Bachelor's degree in HR, or closely related field may count as one year of experience.
