Beltrami County planning to reconstruct Irvine Avenue (County State Aid Highway 15) from 30th Street to Anne Street in 2023.

Beltrami County is planning to reconstruct Irvine Avenue (County State Aid Highway 15) from 30th Street to Anne Street in 2023. Improvements will include a new road section, City utilities, pedestrian & bicycle accommodations, and intersection lighting.

The County is currently in the process of evaluating the intersection control at Irvine Avenue and Anne Street. The County is asking for input on the intersection control alternatives that are being considered which include a signal, roundabout, or mini roundabout.

There are several ways to learn about the project and provide feedback.
