This week marks the first anniversary of IndiJ Public Media, the parent company that owns the ICT Newscast and indiancountrytoday.com. Mark Trahant also celebrates an anniversary. Four years ago, he was hired to bring ICT back to life after the Oneida Indian Nation ceased publication.
Well, the dancers are back in style. In Phoenix, 100 hoop dancers from North America gathered at the Heard Museum for the world championship. ICT’s Shirley Sneve and Max Montour report.
