'The Dakota Access Pipeline is operating without a permit'

This week, NDN Collective released a new climate justice report called "Faulty Infrastructure and the Impacts of the Dakota Access Pipeline.” The organization's founder Nick Tilsen, Oglala Lakota, outlines the report's findings and calls on the Biden administration to shut down the pipeline.
