Manette Vera Redeagle, age 70, of Red Lake Minnesota went to the spirit world from the Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, North Dakota on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022.

Manette was born in Red Lake, MN on September 12th, 1951, to John and Mary (Spears) Redeagle. She grew up in Red Lake and later moved to Minneapolis where she met her significant other Marquist Santio. Manette worked at PPL Industries for a number of years. In 2002, Manette decided it was time to return to her home of Red Lake. She loved to spend time with her brother and sister in-law, nieces, nephews, and her friends. She liked doing crossword puzzles and especially going to the casino. Manette will forever be missed.

Family that Manette is reunited with are her parents, John and Mary Redeagle; son, Brian Redeagle; sisters, Irene, Josie Ann, Jean, Cecelia and Mary Sumner; brothers. David and Roman; nephews, Greg, Lester and Brian Sumner and a niece, Mary Jane Natewa.

She leaves behind her significant other, Marquist Santio; brother, Burt (Doyla) Redeagle; special nieces, Melanie and Mataeya Sumner and Briseis Brown; special nephews, Chad Prentice and Jon Roberts, several other nieces and nephews and many friends.

Wake services for Manette will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 21st and continue until her 1:00 p.m. funeral service on Wednesday, February 23rd all to be held at the Little Rock Community Center in Red Lake, MN. Father Jerry Rogers will officiate. Pallbearers for Manette will be Jon Roberts, Richard Sumner, Jr., Chad Prentice, DeAnthony Gonzales, Ole Spears, and Tim Sumner. The alternate pallbearer is Doug Beaulieu. Her honorary pallbearers are Delcia Eagle, Creatha Eagle, Alberta Senogles, Gretchen TeJohn, Judy Needham, Leann Roy, Kathy Martin, Nonny Sigana, Luella Kingbird and Mavis LaDuke. Interment will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery at Red Lake, MN in the spring.
