Ivy Rae Beaulieu, age 35, of Bemidji, Minnesota, passed away at Sanford Medical Center on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.

Ivy was born July 22, 1986, in Bemidji, to Glen Beaulieu Sr. and Myrna Lussier. She was raised in Red Lake and attended school there. Ivy worked as a cook at Seven Clans Casino in Thief River Falls and was currently living in Bemidji. She loved listening to rock and metal music, and she loved people and being around her family and friends. Ivy is remembered as a great listener, sympathetic and understanding, and most of all, she was a good mother to her young daughter, Lily.

Greeting Ivy in the spirit world are her parents Glen and Myrna; sister Reva Beaulieu; nephew Merle "Chadder" Wakonabo; and grandparents Susan Marie and Gabriel Beaulieu and Christine and James Lussier. Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory are her daughter Lily Beaulieu; brothers Glen Beaulieu Jr. and John Beaulieu III; sisters Lisa Beaulieu, Mary Lussier, and Jane Beaulieu; and many nieces and nephews.

A wake for Ivy will begin Monday, January 24, 2022, at 5:00cpm, at the Red Lake Center, Red Lake, Minnesota, and will continue until the service on Tuesday, January 25, at 11:00cam. Ron Kingbird will serve as spiritual leader. Pallbearers caring for Ivy are Jerry Lussier, Gabriel Beaulieu, Sr., Lukas Beaulieu, Makoons Wakonabo, and Quentin Roy. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Red Lake.
