* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 50 below zero. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 40 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 9 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid outside activities if possible. If outside, make sure you wear appropriate winter clothing.

Dangerous wind chills are expected today and tonight with values from 35 to 50 below.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Dangerous wind chills are possible again Tuesday through Wednesday morning with values from 35 to 45 below. Travel impacts from blowing snow reduced visibility is possible Wednesday morning and again Wednesday night into Thursday morning with gusts of 35 to 45mph.
