WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 3 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 40 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest and west central Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while outside. Wear appropriate winter clothing.

Wind chills tonight into tomorrow morning as low as 35 below.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Wind chills 35 below to 50 below zero Thursday into Friday morning. Up to 2 inches of new snow possible Friday afternoon and night along the Canadian border.
