Red Lake Students in grades 6-12 will have a choice, beginning on December 6th, of returning to school or distnace learning

Boozhoo, this is Superintendent Crowley,

I just wanted to get some preliminary information out to the school community regarding the action item that was voted on at the board meeting today to give students in 6th-12th grade the option to return to in-person instruction as early as Monday, December 6th, 2021. Building leadership will be meeting again tomorrow morning and will send out more specific plans shortly.

Students in PreK-5th grade will remain in distance learning until the board determines it is safe to have them in-person. The next regularly scheduled board meeting is Wednesday December 15, 2021.

7. Action Items

7.A. Approve allowing families the ability to send their children in grades 6-12 to in-person instruction, beginning on December 6th, 2021. Grades PK-5 will continue distance learning until further notice.
