Cathi Ann Thompson "Anii miiki kabii izha equay" or "Thunder Rolling Woman", 48, of Bemidji, Minnesota died on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center after a long and brave battle with cancer.

Final viewing will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at the Rice Lake Community Center in Rice Lake, Minnesota. A wake will begin the evening of Friday, November 26, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. and continue until the time of the service the following day. Inurnment will be held at a later date at St. Phillip's Episcopal Cemetery in Rice Lake, Minnesota. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with arrangements.

Cathi was born in Chicago, IL on April 30, 1973 to Conrad Cleve Thompson, Sr. and Alva Eagle Feather. She worked as a home health aid for eleven years, touching many lives in her career. She was a good listener and helped others as much as she could. She was very family oriented and always wanted to have big family dinners on Sundays. She loved her kids and grandkids and always said being a mom was her favorite calling. She enjoyed going to the casino and having a good time.

She is survived by her children, Christina (Gerald Jourdain) Thompson, Isaac Cleve Beaulieu, Deziree (Lawrence) Cronquist, and Endonnis (Memphis) White; her mother, Alva Eagle Feather; her father, Conrad Cleve Thompson, Sr.; her grandmother, Clara "Unci" Smith; her grandchildren, Junior Loud, Morris'a Loud, Westin Loud, Royal Jourdain, Morris Beaulieu III, Kirarro Cronquist, Laraliya Cronquist, Nevadah Cronquist, Saveerah Adams, Aiden Adams, and Riley Defoe; her siblings, Conrad Thompson, Jr., Eric Lee Guardipee, and Angela Powers; nieces, Gretchen, Natalie, Lakota, Angel and Gene; nephews, Andrew, Jason, Hunter, and Misun; and many aunties, uncles, cousins, and other loved family.

She was preceded in death by her children, Carter Thompson and Morris Beaulieu, Jr.; and her grandparents, Anna and Robert Thompson.
