Carl Paul Fransen, age 68 of Arden Hills, Minnesota journeyed to the Spirit World on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at his home.

He was born on October 8th, 1953 the son of Carl John Fransen Sr., and Alvera LaRoque in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Carl was member of the White Earth Reservation. He attended college and received a BS degree in Business Administration working as an Urban Liaison for the White Earth Reservation.

Carl was a loving, caring person, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his ex-wife: Jenny Fransen; son: Wade Fransen; daughter: Cheyenne Fransen; brothers: Thomas Fransen, Jim Fransen, John Fransen and Mike Fransen; sisters: Peggy LaRoque and Sue Lawrence; grandchild: Chris Fransen.

Preceded in death by his parents

An all-night visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 beginning at 4:00 P.M. at the Church of Blessed Kateri in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

A Funeral service for Carl will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of Blessed Kateri in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Interment at the Isanti Union Cemetery in Isanti, Minnesota on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 3:00 P.M.

Honorary Casket Bearers / Casket Bearers will be Chris Fransen, Tom Fransen, Mike Fransen, John Fransen, Hank Houle, Paul Fransen, Mike Lawrence and Terry Roy.
