Mary Lou Clark (Oboodashkwaanishiinh – Dragonfly), 68, of Bemidji, MN died Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center.

Traditional funeral services will be held at 10 am, Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the White Earth Office (formerly the American Legion) in Cass Lake, MN. A wake will begin on Thursday, October 14, 2021 and go until the time of service. Interment will be at the Goodman Cemetery in Nary, MN.

Mary Lou was born April 7, 1953 in Cass Lake, MN the daughter of Clarence "Fagen" Clark and Louise Johnson. She grew up in Ponsford, Minneapolis, and Cass Lake. At a young age Mary Lou started her family and raised Pamela in Minneapolis. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and her daughter. She was the life of the party every where she went. She was always ready for a fun. Later in life she started her employment at RDO in Park Rapids, living with her partner Richard Smith. For a long time she was a hard worked for Babe's fry bread. She enjoyed pow wows, Monday night RAW, Bingo and the casino. She moved to Cass Lake and worked for Teals for years living with her sisters. Mary Lou was loved and well known by everyone. Mary Lou's sense of humor was one of a kind. She loved to party and really enjoyed being around family.

She leaves behind her daughter, Pamela Clark, 3 grandchildren, Tami, Tomi, and Jazmine, great grandchildren, Maribel, Mariano, Yesenia, Mariella, Almira, August, Zyahnya, Kelsi, Taleigha, and Tehya, sisters, Edith Smith, Betty Robbins, Barbara Clark, and JoAnn Croud, brothers, Douglas Clark, Sr. and Clarence "Jr" Clark, special nephews, Greg, Bucky, Bud, Timmy, and Tommy.

She is welcomed to the spirit world by her mom, Louise Jackson, dad, Clarence "Fagen" Clark, special step mom, Sara Clark, sisters, Cleo Jones, Edith "Babe" Smith, Diane Goodman, Evelyn Thompson, Bernice Buckanaga, Melissa "Missy" Clark, brother, Johnny Croud, special niece, Terrilyn Goodman, and nephews and nieces

Honorary casket bearers will be Thomas Butcher, Richard Smith, and Donald Armstrong, Jr.

Active casket bearers will be Brian Vasquez, Chavez Wind, Brandon Dakota, Anthony Clark, David Staples, Jr., Michael Buckanaga, Timmy Goodman, and Greg Smith.
