Sandra Marie Skinaway, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis.

Visitation will begin at dusk on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the East Lake Ceremonial Building in East Lake-McGregor, and will continue until the Tribal Rites Ceremony at 10am – Friday September 17, 2021. Burial will be in the Big Sandy Lake Burial Grounds. Arrangements are with McGregor Funeral Home in McGregor.
