Steven Joseph "Skup" Migizii -Bald Eagle Thunder, age 62, of Redby, MN travelled to the Spirit World on Friday, September 10, 2021.

Steven was born on May 18, 1959, in Red Lake, MN to Julius and Marilyn (Johnson) Thunder. He graduated from high school in Flandreau, SD. He made his home in Redby, MN and worked as a custodian for Family and Childrens Services. Skup had a passion for pow wows. He was an accomplished Grass and Fancy Dancer. He enjoyed travelling for traditional ceremonies including the Sundance Ceremony. He liked going to the casino and enjoyed watching the softball leagues play in the summer.

Those he leaves behind are his special friend, Anita Benaise; children: Jerry Wind, Lance Crowe, Shyla Thunder, Christianna Thunder and Shanoah Thunder; several grandchildren; his siblings: Elsie (Rex) Strong, Darlene "JoJo" Thunder, Julius "Toady" (Jan) Thunder, Richard Thunder, special brother and sister: Herman and Jean Donnell; his uncle, Maurice "Jocko" Thunder, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Those greeting him in the Spirit World are his parents; siblings: Judy Thunder, Arthur Thunder, Harold "Zman" Graves, Lois Jean Fairbanks, as well as many aunts and uncles.

The wake will begin at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the Redby Community Center and continue until the service on Thursday, September 16, 2021. The Spiritual Leader will be Steve Jackson. Active casketbearers will be: Mike Schoenborn, Rex "Otis" Strong, James Garrigan, Randy Thunder, Ron Thunder, Harold Graves, Jr., Nicholas Garrigan, Sr., Dalton Good and Kenny Graves. Honorary casketbearers will be: Kristen Hart, Whitney Greenwood, Rhonda Wipf, Ashley Neadeau, Robert McClain, Sr., Chris "Gus" Schoenborn III, Jan Roberts, Marlys Schoenborn, Debbie Lynn Graves, Donna Whitefeather, Brendan Strong, Ryan Strong, Shantelle "Shoo" Strong, Shaunte Strong, Kelly Thunder, Star Kingbird and the FCS Staff.
