Tyrone C. Mason, age 42 of Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at HCMC in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was born on June 19, 1978 in Long Beach, California the son of Roy Mason and Pearle Lefthand. He worked as a manager of a fast-food resturant. Throne was a member of The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.

He is survived by his children: Olivia Mason, Sean Mason, and Alexandria Mason; grandchild: Alisandra Abad – Mason; mother: Pearle Lefthand; sisters: Veronica Mason, Nissa Lefthand and Sandra Corona.

Preceded in death by his father: Roy Mason; sisters: Marilyn Lefthand and Denise Mason; brothers: Jason Lefthand and Alton Wade; niece: Laura Stand; brother-in-law: Larry Nerison.

A visitation for Tyrone C. Mason will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 beginning at 10:00 A.M. with private family time from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, A funeral service at 3:00 P.M. with lunch to follow at 4:00 PM at the Church of Gichitwaa Kateri Catholic Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Shawn Phillips will officiate.

Honorary Casket Bearers will be Michael Stand Sr., Roy Brown, Diane Stand and Richard Curly.

Casket Bearers will be Jon Stand, Michael Runningshield, Larry Nerison III, Fred Day, Bobby Swift, Bobby Andrade and Matthew Runningshield.
