Chickasaw Nation offers updates for COVID-19 testing sites and call center

COVID-19 drive-thru testing is open to the public and available to the community at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center (CNMC) Alternate Care Site, located at 1901 Afehna Drive on the Ada South Campus, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Testing is no longer available at the CNMC tent site, as services have moved to this new location.

Satellite clinic drive-thru COVID-19 testing at the Ardmore, Purcell and Tishomingo health clinics will continue to offer testing. Hours of operation for satellite testing locations are also Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health Employee COVID-19 Clinic hours of operation will remain the same, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Testing criteria:

Must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult

Must have valid photo ID

Must be able to drive safely through the test site

No walk-ups or bicycles

No pets in vehicle

Exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or have been in close contact with a positive COVID-19 case

If applicable, provide health insurance card and/or CDIB or tribal affiliation verification

Provider orders or referral strongly preferred but not required

The COVID-19 Call Center at (580) 272-1315 is available 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

General inclement weather protocols for all CNDH drive through services

In the case of inclement or severe weather, the Chickasaw Nation COVID-19 vaccination and testing drive-thru operations will be suspended. During severe weather threats, monitor conditions, closings and delays on Chickasaw.net, KCNP radio and tribal social media pages.

Patients with vaccine appointments scheduled during severe weather operation suspensions will be contacted to reschedule as needed. Visit Chickasaw.net/COVIDVaccine for the latest updates on the Chickasaw Nation’s vaccine distribution efforts.

Don't forget to practice the three W’s!

• Wear your mask at all times when in facilities and on Chickasaw Nation premises (even outdoors), in public settings and when around people who do not live in your household

• Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer often

• Maintain a responsible distance of at least 6 feet between you and people who do not live in your household.
