Beltrami County Deputy Sheriff recognized by Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety for DUI enforcement efforts

BEMIDJI, MN: On Wednesday, March 31st, Beltrami County Deputy Sheriff Nick Bender was presented with his "Hat Trick" recognizing his efforts on June 10, 2020 to arrest three (3) impaired drivers on Beltrami County Roads during one shift.

Every impaired driver arrest can equate to potentially saving someone's life that could have been taken at the hands of a chemically impaired driver.
