Vaccination Event Dates and Locations:

Feb. 11 - Ponemah Elementary School - 9 AM - 1 PM

Feb. 11-12 - Red Lake Hospital PT Department - 8:30 AM - 3 PM

Feb. 17, 18, 19 - Red Lake Hospital PT Department - 8:30 AM - 3 PM

Ages 18 and over

Red Lake Hospital chart required - (Call 679-0394 if needed to update or establish chart)

*Registration on site at each event

*Moderna vaccine only

*Symptom screening: Please choose another day if you feel ill

*2 doses required: 2nd dose will be offered 28 days after 1st dose received. Plan to attend one of these locations for 2nd dose.
