Lake Irving drowning victim identified

BEMIDJI, BELTRAMI COUNTY, MN: On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office was advised by the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office that they had confirmed the identity of the male subject recovered from Lake Irving on Monday, January 11, 2021, as James W. Wizner, age 58, of Bemidji, MN.
