Travis Scott Jones, age 32, of Bemidji, MN passed away at his home on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Travis was born on July 10, 1988 in Detroit Lakes, MN to Roger Jones and Doris Cloud. He graduated from Detroit Lakes High School. After graduation, he moved to Bemidji, MN. Travis attended Trinity Bible College and played football for them until an injury forced him to stop playing. Travis was gifted with his hands and enjoyed beading and working on cars. He loved the water and enjoyed boating and fishing on area lakes and rivers.

Travis is survived by his children Carson and JuliAunna; his parents, Roger (Alicia) Jones and Doris Clark; siblings Nikki Johnson, Timothy Jones, Kayla Jones, Selena Clark, Charles Lopez, Gerianna Jones-Saunders, and Kiaundra Jones-Saunders; step-brother, Tray Saunders; three step-siblings: Afton Gonzales, Garin Carter and Savannah Bender-Carter; aunts: Frieda Cloud and Carlene Cloud; uncles: Bruce Jones, Dwayne Jones, Alan Jones, and Kenneth Cloud; cousins: Angela Salinas and children, Nicholas Jones, and Bruce Jones, Jr .; nieces: Jaslyn Johnson, Tayla Kingbird and Nevaeh Jones; nephews: Jaxon Johnson, Keyshawn Kingbird, and Kyle Kingbird, Jr .; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Travis is preceded in death by his grandparents: Judy and Dwayne Jones and Violet and Charles Cloud; uncles: Arthur and Edward Cloud; and cousin, Kara cloud.

The wake will begin at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the Ponemah Center in Ponemah, MN and continue until the time of the service at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 9, 2021. Casketbearers will be: Timothy Jones, Keyshawn Kingbird, Antonio Whipps, Brandon Johnson, Kyle Kingbird, Jr., and Brian Johnson. Honorary Casketbearers will be: Nikki Johnson, Kayla Jones, Timothy Jones, Keyshawn Kingbird, and Kyle Kingbird, Jr. Interment will be at the Ponemah Burial Grounds in Ponemah.
