Angellyn Marie Jackson, age 21 of Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away on December 30, 2020 at the University of Minnesota, Fairview, Minnesota. She was born on December 1, 1999 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of William Jackson and Danielle Stand.

She lived with her great – grandmother most of her life in Minneapolis, Minnesota and attended the Hiawatha Leadership Academy where she enjoyed playing soccer. Angellyn was a kind and caring person, she would give her shirt off her back to help someone out, if needed. She often reached out to help the homeless. She volunteered and did community service. Angellyn attended The Golden Eagles an after-school activity, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Angellyn loved doing her hair and putting on make-up, social media, a variety of music. In her younger years, she loved attending Pow wow, dancing and learning about her native culture. She enjoyed spending time with her brothers and family. She was very close to her aunt's Shayla Wind and Tyannah Whitefeather.

Angellyn is survived by her father: William Jackson; mother: Danielle Stand; brothers: Ethan Stand, Michael Stone Jr., and James Stone; great-grandmother: Philomene "Mousey" Armstrong; grandmothers: Ruth Wind and Evie Jackson; many nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her step-dad: Ellsworth Ten Bear; great-grandparents: Lillian and Arnold Stand; great-grandfather: John Wind; grandfather: Duane Stand; aunt: Crystal "Candie" Stand; and uncle: Bruce "Swift" Armstrong Jr. Angellyn had a very special bond with her aunt: "Candie" and uncle: "Swift".

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at great-grandmother Philomene :"Mousey" Armstrong's residence from 1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. with a funeral service at 1:00 P.M.

The officiant will be Shawn Phillips.

Honorary Casket Bearers will be Angellyn's loving family and friends.

Casket Bearers will be Ethan Stand, Michael Stone Jr., James Stone, Francisco Teran, John Robertson, Rick Rutherford and Diago Paquette.

The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted, Minnesota assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
