Clinton Villanueva of the bear clan, 23, of Ponemah, MN passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at his home.

Traditional Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Boys and Girls Club in Ponemah, MN. A wake will begin at 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Boys and Girls Club and go until the time of the service. Interment will be at the Family Burial Grounds in Ponemah, MN under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bemidji.

Clinton was born November 10, 1997 in Bemidji, MN the son of Wanda Kingbird of Ponemah, MN and Manuel Villanueva of Mexico. Clinton was raised in Ponemah, MN by his grandmother Dora and aunt Glendoris and his deceased uncle Emerson. Clinton's hobbies were hunting, fishing, babysitting his nieces and nephews, spending time with friends and family.

Those left to cherish his memory, his parents, Wanda and Manuel, special friend, Denessa Buckanaga of Red Lake, sisters, Dorie French of Ponemah, MN, Lori Kingbird of Ponemah, MN, Savanna (Kham) Villanueva of Warroad, MN, and Manuela (Steven) Villanueva of Warroad, MN, nieces, Aariyannah Villanueva of Ponemah, Peyton Kingbird of Ponemah and Aleilah Spears of Warroad, MN, nephews Amealieano Lussier, Jr. of Red Lake and Jayce Anderson of Ponemah, MN.

Those awaiting for Clinton are his grandparents, Clarence and Dora Kingbird, uncles Emerson and Llewellyn (Jon) Kingbird, Sr., Clinton Kingbird, and his baby niece Ivory.
