32-year-old taken into custody for M&W Convenience Store robbery

WHITE EARTH, MINN. – White Earth Police Department officials say 32-year-old Levi Brandin Jerome was taken into custody on Monday, Nov.23, in Devils Lake, N.D.,in connection with an armed robbery at the M&W Convenience Store on Nov. 11 in Ogema, Minn. Jerome was taken into custody without incident and is being held at the Lake Region Correctional Center in Devils Lake, pending extradition back to Becker County, Minn. Jerome has been charged in Becker County District Court with 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery, 2nd Degree Assault, and possess ammo/any firearm-conviction or adjudicated delinquent for a crime of violence.

This case is still an ongoing investigation. Assisting the White Earth Police Department with this case is the Becker County Sheriff’s Department, United States ATF, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Headwater Safe Trails Task Force, Detroit Lakes Police Department, Devils Lake Police Department, and the Lake Region Narcotics Task Force.
