Black Lodge Singers earn another GRAMMY nomination

The Black Lodge Singers, a powwow drum group led by Kenny ScabbyRobe of the Blackfeet Nation, has earned an eighth nomination for a GRAMMY award.

The group was nominated in the Best Regional Roots Music Album for My Relatives – 'nikso' Kowaiks. The Canyon Records release features 16 tracks.

"With one of its boldest collections of songs ever, the Black Lodge Singers remind the world about their powerful living legacy," Canyon Records states.
