Shinahwesa, Armando "Kakes" Day, II 18-year-old resident of Onamia, MN passed away on November 17, 2020 at his residence. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 10 AM on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Community Center on the Mille Lacs Reservation with Ombishkebines officiating. Visitation will begin at 5 PM on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Community Center on the Mille Lacs Reservation. Interment will be in the Vineland Burial Grounds. MDH guidelines requiring face masks and social distancing will be followed. Arrangements are with the Shelley Funeral Chapel of Onamia.
