2 candidates to face off for at-large seat on Bemidji council
November 6, 2020
BEMIDJI -- Daniel Jourdain and Dave Larson will advance to a runoff election for the Bemidji City Council's at-large seat.
The special election for the seat opened up in June after former at-large council member Jim Thompson announced he was stepping down due to health reasons.
Four candidates were vying for the seat, but since none of them received more than 50% of the vote, it will go to another special election in early 2021.
