Menominee Tribe: COVID-19 is running rampant on the reservation

KESHENA (WLUK) -- The Menominee Indian Tribe says the coronavirus is running rampant on the reservation with health care facilities are being pushed beyond capacity.

The tribe said Monday area ERs and hospital floors are at capacity, caring for COVID-19 patients.

In a Facebook post, the tribe provided some updates on testing and dispelled rumors that the flu has started. Officials say there are no documented cases of influenza at this time and if you have flu-like symptoms, you have COVID-19 until proven otherwise.
