DFL Party Leaders Host Suburban Voters Roundtable Ahead of Trump RNC Speech

August 27, 2020

On Thursday, August 27, DFL leaders will host a roundtable about how President Trump’s failed leadership has directly impacted suburban families and small businesses. The call will be moderated by State Senator Melisa Franzen (District 49), and State Representative Jamie Becker-Finn (42B), Fortis Management owner Kim Quayson, Edina resident Lana Slavitt, and Rochester resident Alisha Eiken.

Thursday is the final day of the Republican National Convention, and the theme for the day is “Land of Greatness.” During the roundtable, speakers will discuss the impact of Trump’s failed response to the COVID-19 crisis on families, and why Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the best leaders to unify the country and address the needs of families and small business owners.
