Red Lake Casino reopens for business

On Friday, July 31, 2020, the Red Lake Casino opened back up for business with new hours and new restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, All gaming properties had been closed since March 19, 2020, with Thief River Falls and Warroad Casinos reopening on Thursday, May 28th at 8 AM.

There new hours are 10 AM - 2 AM Friday - Sunday, and Monday - Thursday Noon - Midnight.

Masks are required for all Guests and Team Members on the property. Patrons should be prepared to provide their own mask (cloth or disposable), as a limited supply of disposable masks will be available upon request.

Temperature checks will be taken upon entry with their newly installed automatic rapid infrared thermal cameras. These have been installed at all guest and employee entrance points.

A valid photo ID is now required and will be verified by Seven Clans Casino Security staff upon entering the gaming floor. Valid identification includes: State, Tribal and other Government issued identification.

The Casino is now 100% smoke free inside the properties, for the safety of all.

In addition to routine cleaning, the property has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures including increasing the frequency of disinfecting restrooms to every hour, sanitizing gaming machines multiple times during shifts, as well as sanitizing door handles, doors, courtesy phones, tables, chairs, handrails, and other high touch and high traffic areas multiple times a day.

Hand-sanitizing stations for employee and guest use are located at each entry, food venue and throughout the properties.

Guests can expect social distancing markings on the floors in front of cage cashiers, Club7 Players Club, hotel front desks, kiosks, ATMs, and Promotional Service areas to remind patrons of social distancing.

Safety shields have been placed in close contact areas such as Players Club, all Cashier stations, and the Gift Shop.

The Hotel, Restaurant, Bingo, Pool and Arcade will remain temporarily closed until further notice.
