Seven Clans Casino Thief River Falls and Water Park hires new General Manager

Red Lake Gaming Enterprises has selected Frank Cornelius as the new General Manager for the Seven Clans Casino Thief River Falls property. Frank brings an abundance of management experience and customer focus in a highly competitive gaming market. The selection extends to Red Lake Gaming's strategy of attracting proven gaming industry veterans to manage our largest property.

Frank has over two decades of experience in Executive Casino Management with the Oneida Casinos, which includes Director of Table Games, Interim Assistant Gaming Manager-Operations and also working on the Oneida Airport Hotel Corporate Board. Frank has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix Appleton WI branch.

Prior to Joining Red Lake Gaming, Frank served as the Director of Table Games for the Oneida Casino from 2000 – 2014, leading a team of 250 members. From 2014 – 2017 Frank held the interim Assistant General Manager position, where he oversaw property operations managing 1,500 employees, 2,500 slot machines, 26 table games, 8 Poker tables, and a 750 seat bingo hall. From 2013 – present, Frank wasappointed as a corporate board member by the Oneida Nation Business Committee where he was elected as Secretary/Treasurer. Frank most recently served from 2017 to present as Director of Table Games for Oneida Casino in Green Bay Wisconsin, where he's overseen 200 team members with 26 table games and 8 poker tables.

With Frank's familiarity of our casino business climate in the Midwest, and the knowledge of the challenges to the industry, we look forward to his leadership in assisting the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians for our quest for self-sufficiency.
