PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Observes Red Lake's Gaming Operations to ensure all Regulations and Procedures are being implemented at the Gaming Facilities for compliance as required by the National Indian Gaming Commission standards, Red Lake Tribal-State Compact, Red Lake Gaming Ordinance, Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS), 7 Clans Red Lake Casinos Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and FinCEN Regulations. Reports to Director, full-time positions w/benefits, Salary; DOQ.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to ensure the Tribe's compliance in accordance with Tribal, State and Federal gaming laws and regulations

• Physically maintain a presence on the casino floor to observe gaming activities and compliance with Tribal, State and Federal gaming laws and regulations

• Observes and reports on gaming matters, as directed

• Work closely with the Slot Departments at all 3 facilities

• Ensures that the strictest of confidentiality is maintained at all times

• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• GED/High School Diploma

• Must have adequate knowledge of Tribal, State and Federal gaming regulations

• Must be detail orientated

• Must maintain accurate records and submit daily reports

• Must be energetic, organized, and reliable

• Must be available to report to work for any shift assigned, based on the ever-changing casino industry, at times you may be called upon on very short notice

• Must be available to be on call 24/7

• Cannot gamble at any Red Lake Gaming facility

• Must have a Valid Driver's License & Insurance

• Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test and comprehensive background check.
