August 28, 1937 - June 13, 2020

Franklin "Frank" Edward Glynn of Bemidji, MN died Saturday, June 13, 2020 at D & D's Caring Hearts in Bemidji.

Frank was born August 28, 1937 in Toledo, Ohio, the son of Edward and Irene (Meiring) Glynn. He had a very adventurous spirit from the start; hopping trains at a very young age. He grew up in San Bernadino, CA. He and Judy ran a grocery store in Redby for over 7 years in the 70's. He was very proud of receiving his pilot's license. He also enjoyed connecting through his CB; his handle was the White Indian. After their divorce, he went on to marry Sue. They moved to Richfield, MN where he was an airport cab driver. He especially liked his job as he had a captive audience for his stories and jokes. He loved to fish, camp, and spend time with his dogs. Following retirement he moved to Bemidji to be closer to his kids. He spent the last few years of his life where he was well taken care of at D & D's Caring Hearts.

He is survived by his children, Cheryl Magnell, Deb (Doug) Glynn, Mark Glynn, Monica (Shaun) Peterson, Maggie (John) Mark, Mitchell Glynn, and Marianne (Adam) Warweg; 21 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Pat Glick and Mike (Robin) Glynn.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
