Patrick H. Smith, 61, of Red Lake, MN died Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Red Lake Center in Red Lake, MN. A wake will begin Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at the Red Lake Center and continue until the time of service on Thursday. Interment will be at the St. Mary's Cemetery in Red Lake, MN under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bemidji.

He was born December 27, 1958 in Red Lake, MN the son of Patrick and Irene Smith. He grew up and went to school in Red Lake. He worked for the Red Lake fisheries in 1979. He loved to fish and go to the casino. He was a father figure to his niece Jasmine, he loved to spoil her. He also enjoyed hanging out with his buddies. He will be sadly missed.

Pat is survived by his brothers "Twin" Richard Smith, Craig Smith, and John A. Smith, sisters, Gloria Smith, Phyllis Smith, and Josie Smith, and numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick and Irene Smith, brothers, Charles and Patrick, sisters, Patsy, Erma, Cindy, Val, Jenny, and Joan, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

Active pallbearers will be Sonny Johnson, Lee Lussier, Todd Smith, Mike Barrett, Jr., Charles Smith, Sr., Jack Johnson, Rod Prentice, Paul Prentice, and B.C. Alternates will be Lonny, Sr. and Buddy Johnson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Wyndi Barrett, Jasmine Smith, Trina Johnson, Mary Prentice, Bobbi Jo Johnson, Ellie Johnson, Marlys Smith, Buffy Hegstrom, and Patsy Johnson.
