Thief River Falls and Warroad Casino properties to open today at 8 AM

As Red Lake Gaming Enterprises, Inc. welcomes everyone back on Thursday, May 28th at 8 AM at both Thief River Falls and Warroad Casinos, everyone's health and well-being remains their highest priority, and that means things will look a little different as they reopen.

Hours of Operation will be as follows:

Thief River Falls & Warroad (Red Lake closed until further notice)

Operating Hours: 8:00 am to 3:00 am

Closed: 3:00 am to 8:00 am (for extensive cleaning).

What to expect during your next visit:

📍Masks are required for all Guests and Team Members on the property. Patrons should be prepared to provide their own mask, as a limited supply of disposable masks will be available upon request.

📍100% smoke free, including the use of all tobacco products inside our properties.

📍Blackjack will be open, limit the number of chairs and players at the tables

📍Water Park, Arcade, Events, Restaurant, Banquets, – will remain CLOSED until further notice

📍In addition to routine cleaning, the property has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures including increasing the frequency of disinfecting restrooms to every hour, sanitizing gaming machines multiple times during shifts, as well as sanitizing door handles, doors, courtesy phones, tables, chairs, handrails, and other high touch and high traffic areas multiple times a day.

📍Hand-sanitizing stations throughout the property for employee and guest use. They are located at each entry, food venue and throughout the properties.

📍Guests can expect social distancing markings on the floors in front of cage cashiers, Club7 Players club, hotel front desks, kiosks, ATMs, and Promotional service areas to remind patrons of social distancing.

📍Safety shields have been placed in close contact areas such as Players Club, all Cashier stations, hotel front desk, and gift shop.
