Emmanuel S. Olson, age 29, of Cloquet, MN passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020. He was born December 12, 1990 in Minneapolis. Emmanuel was a member of Fond du Lac Reservation and enjoyed dancing, joking with family and friends, and was good with kids.

Emmanuel was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Thompson; infant son, Emelio Eugene James Olson; sister, Clarice; paternal grandmother, Hazel Olson; and maternal grandmother, Sylvia Thompson. He is survived by his father, Eugene Olson Sr.; son, Emeliano Olson; daughter, Emeliana Olson; brothers, Eugene "Bree" Olson Jr., and Niingoosis Olson; sisters, Alesia Buffalo and Christene Thompson-DeGamez; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private family visitation will be at Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet. Interment service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Old Holy Family Cemetery. Arrangements are with Nelson Funeral Care of Cloquet.
