James Dean Summers, Jr. age 28 of Saint Paul, MN, (Miiskomashkodebizhiki) “Red Buffalo journeyed to the Spirit World on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at his residence. He was born on November 24, 1991 in Minneapolis, Minnesota the son of James Dean Summers Sr. and Catherine LaRoque. James loved spending time with his loving family and friends. He worked with his father as a mover in moving services. James enjoyed sports, especially the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins. He took his family to many sport events.

He is survived by his loving parents: James Summers and Cathy LaRoque; children: Emmalena Summers, Chaydon Summers, Mihaleigha Summers and Kaelena Summers; fiancé: Angelina Hernandez and her children: Nathan, Lupe and Tia; brothers: James “B.J.” Bosto, Bryan “Bear” Bosto, Rayannon Summers and Aaron Summers; Nieces and nephews: Nevaeh Summers, Tristin Summers, Alyssa Bosto, Brandon Bosto, Jordan Bosto, Mario Hernandez, many other family and friends.

Preceded in death by his children: Selena Summers and Ma iingan Summers; brother: Roger Wakemup Jr .; niece: Jaylynn Summers; nephew: Skyboy Summers; grandparents, aunts and uncles.

Funeral services for James Dean Summers, Jr. are pending with the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted, Minnesota.
