Donna Irene Bostic

Donna Irene Bostic, born Mary Elizabeth Parker passed away April 25, 2020 in Riverside California after a long battle with Dementia/Alzheimer’s. She was born on the Red Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota on December 17, 1936, to John Gould & Melvina Florence Parker. She grew up on the Leach Lake Indian Reservation, living with her grandparents Joseph John Gould & Margaret “Maggie” Raisch. She attended Walker High School where she graduated in June 1955.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years Allan Bostic, & 2 daughters Susan Jones & Jeannine Maldonado all of California.

She is also survived by three brothers William Gould of Indiana, Joseph Gould & Gordon Christenson of Minnesota, two sisters Gloria Douglas of Arkansas & Glenda Flier of Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her son John Stevenson & her brother Alvin Slonim both of California.

Donna is also survived by 4 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren.

Donna’s final resting place will be the Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside California.
