A Message from Red Lake Trading Post

Dear Community,

Thank you for your cooperation during our Covid-19 challenge. As I have reported before Supervalu is experiencing a high volume of out of stocks. We are having an average of about 150 out of stocks on each truck. The most recent items are Diapers, Feminine products, ground beef, frozen pizzas, white rice products and soup. To meet the needs of the food crisis the Federal government has lifted the ingredients label requirements, this allows us to sell bulk items not labeled for retail. In addition to this, we have added institutional size cans of items such as vegetables, sliced peaches, potatoes and more. There continues to be a supply shortage on paper products and cleaning products.

The Trading Post hours will change on Monday May 4th, we will be opening at 8 am. Thank you for you patients as we continue to train staff on better sanitizing procedures and welcome staff members back that took time off at the start of the pandemic. This has been a stressful time for all. I thank all retail staff for their dedication and the extra work involved in store maintenance. Trading Post hours Monday through Saturday 8 am to 7pm and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. Stay safe and see you at the Trading Post!
