Carlos Luis Rivera Jr. was born to Pamela Sue Rivera and Carlos Luis Martinez Rivera in Minneapolis Minnesota on October 23 1985. He passed away peacefully at The Bethany Residence and Rehabilitation Center in North East Minneapolis. He was loved by many and is survived by his brothers: Antonio Rivera, James Rivera, Orlando Rivera Alberto Day; sisters: Raven Day, Yolanda Rivera, Janessa Rivera and good friend Katie Barrett. He is preceded in death by his mother Pamela Sue Rivera, his father Carlos Luis Martinez Rivera, grandmother Francis Rivera and grandfather Frances Rock. He enjoyed playing his Xbox, hanging with friends and family, baseball games, watching comedy shows and movies. He had a quiet personality and enjoyed alone time but also loved being with family. His laugh was very contagious and his playfulness when with loved ones, could lighten the mood in any situation. His wisdom and ability to be serious when the time called for, gave him his spot in the family as the “level-headed” and responsible one. Carlos will be missed dearly by us and remembered for his kind heart and loving soul. His death leaves a hole in our heart and he will be missed forever.
