WASHINGTON (CBS19 NEWS) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced on Monday it is granting Public Housing Authorities (PHA), Native American Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs) waiver authorities as well as ultimate flexibilities, according to a news release from HUD.
This is so the staff at the agency can better assist tenants and properties during the COVID-19 pandemic.
