Lab technologists placed specimens onto the specimen distribution system at the Mayo Clinic's Superior Drive facility in Rochester.

Testing has now identified 54 cases of COVID-19 in Minnesota, but state health officials warned that people should assume that the coronavirus that causes this illness is in their communities and should take appropriate precautions.
